Burrata Bruschetta

 
Burrata Bruschetta Ingredients
  • 5 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 ball of Burrata cheese
  • 1 finely chopped onions
  • 1 finely chopped tomatoes (remove the skin and seeds)
  • 2 table spoons of olive oil
  • few Arugula leaves
  • few Basil leaves
  • salt
  • Black pepper
Method 
  • Pre-heat the oven at 250 degrees Celsius. Brush the garlic bread with olive oil and bake it till it gets toasted. Meanwhile in a bowl add chopped onions, tomatoes, olive oil, few basil leaves, salt and black pepper. Mix well and keep it aside.
  • Always remember to take out Burrata from the refrigerator half an hour before you want to use. Slice the Burrata.
  • Once your garlic bread is toasted, add Burrata slice on it, place the onions mixture and garnish with Arugula and Basil leaves. Serve immediately.
