Butter Garlic Brussels Sprouts with Broccoli & Cherry Tomatoes (serves 4)
Ingredients & methods of Butter Garlic Brussels Sprouts with Broccoli & Cherry Tomatoes

    6-7 rocket leaves
    1 cup Brussels sprouts
    1 cup steam broccoli
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    2 table spoons butter
    1 finely chopped onion
    2 table spoons chopped garlic
    ¼ cup mayonnaise
    4 table spoons grated mozzarella
    2 table spoons red wine vinegar
    1 table spoon chilly flakes
    1 tea spoon black pepper
    salt to taste

    In a bowl add mayonnaise, mozzarella, onion, vinegar, 1 tea spoon chilly flakes, salt and black pepper. Mix well and the dressing is ready.

    In a pan add butter and garlic. Add the Brussels sprouts and sauté for a 2-3 minute. Add pinch of salt and 1 tea spoon chilly flakes. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté for another minute.

    On a platter arrange rocket leaves. Place steamed broccoli and garlic Brussels sprouts and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle the dressing and serve cold.
