Chocolate Walnut Babka Bread (Makes 10-12 slices)
Ingredients & methods of Chocolate Walnut Babka Bread

    3 cups flour (maida)
    1 cup warm milk
    1 table spoon sugar 
    2 tea spoons yeast
    5 table spoons butter
    pinch of salt
    2 table spoons olive oil

    In warm milk add sugar and yeast. Cover it for 2-3 minutes, let it become frothy. In a kitchen aid mixer add the flour, salt and butter. Mix well and add the yeast milk and start kneading on a slow speed for 5 minutes. Take the dough knead very lightly on the clean platform. Brush olive

    1 cup chocolate chips
    ½ cup chopped walnuts
    3 table spoon cocoa powder
    pinch of cinnamon powder
    Method:

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
    Braiding the Babka bread

    Take the dough on a clean platform. With the help of rolling pin roll it in a square shape about 15/15 inches. Now spread the chocolate feeling on this leaving about half an inch from all sides. Very gently press the filling either with hand or rolling pin. Now start rolling from one end tightly till the last. Cut from the center and braid the two-cylindrical loaf. Place it in bread box and cover it for 45 minutes to rise again. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees and bake the braided bread for 45-50 minutes. Once brown remove from the oven and let it cool. Slice and enjoy with a cup of coffee.
