Ingredients & methods of Coconut Strawberry Cream
2 cups coconut milk
½ cup fresh cream
5 table spoons maple syrup
1 cup chopped strawberries
½ cup slice strawberries
½ cup almonds
2 table spoons brown sugar
basil leaves to garnish
- In a pan add chopped strawberries, 2 table spoons brown sugar and 4 table spoons water. Let it boil for a minute. Let it cool and churn in a mixer to make puree.
In a pan add almonds ,2 table spoons maple syrup and 4 table spoons water. Sauté till almonds are coated well. Let it cool and in a mixer churn for 2-3 seconds.
In a bowl add coconut cream, fresh cream,3 tablespoons maple syrup, and strawberry puree. Mix well or churn it with a hand mixer for 5 seconds.
In a bowl add the cream, garnish with almond praline and sliced strawberries. Garnish with Basil leaves.
