Coffee Panna Cotta with Baileys & Glazed Macadamia Nuts
Coffee Panna Cotta with Baileys & Glazed Macadamia Nuts (6 glasses)
Ingredients & methods of Coffee Panna Cotta with Baileys & Glazed Macadamia Nuts

    400 ml of fresh cream
    50 ml of milk
    25 ml of hot water
    50 gm of sugar
    2 table spoons coffee powder
    2 table spoons Baileys
    2 tea spoons gelatine powder/1 sheet of gelatin

    Mix coffee powder to the hot water. In a small bowl add 5-6 table spoons of cold water to the gelatine. Keep it aside. In a pan add fresh cream, milk and sugar. Let it come to a boil. Add the coffee to it. Now switch of the flame. Add the baileys & gelatin. Mix well. In case you see some lumps, churn it with a hand churner. Arrange in the desired glasses and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours or overnight.
    Ingredients for glazed macadamia nutsĀ 

    50 gm chopped Macadamia nuts
    6-8 table spoons of brown sugar mixed with 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder
    2 table spoons maple syrup
    In a pan roast the nuts for 2 minutes. Keep it aside. Now in the same pan sprinkle 4 table spoons of brown sugar. Let it melt for few seconds. Place the nuts and again sprinkle the remaining brown sugar. Pour the maple syrup and let it glaze for 2-5 minutes.

    Garnish the glazed macadamia nuts on the Panna Cotta with some blue berries and Basil.
