
- 1 packet Ching’s noodles
- 6 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 bulbs shallots chopped
- 1 red capsicum sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey

- 2 tablespoon sesame oil (can use peanut oil as well)
- 2 spoon roasted sesame seeds
- Boil the noodles. Keep little water. In a pan add oil, sauté garlic with little salt (salt makes it crunchy). Add shallots and capsicum to it. Sauté for 3-4 mins. Add noodles , salt, honey and homemade chili sauce and 1-2 spoon of water which we kept .Sauté and top it with roasted sesame seeds.

- 1 stick cinnamon
- 5-star anise
- 4 tablespoon oils
- ¼ cup of red chili flakes
- Heat the oil, put bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, black pepper corns in it. let it boil for 2-3 mins till you get the aroma. Be careful while doing this as the peppercorns pops up due to heated oil. Take the chili flakes in a bowl and strain the oil in it. Your chili sauce is ready.

- 2 tablespoon red wine (optional, I really like it because of flavor)

- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 3 tablespoon homemade chili sauce
- salt (very little cause with soya sauce is salty)

- Take broccoli, 1 spoon oil, garlic and a pinch of salt. Put it in the oven for 15mins at 200 degrees Celsius. In a bowl add soya sauce, maple syrup, wine vinegar, chill sauce together. In another bowl add corn flour and vegetable stock. In a pan add the remaining oil add the baked broccoli, add wine to it (in case you don’t want to add wine skip it), let the wine evaporate. Add the soya sauce with the other ingredients and keep stirring. Add the corn flour with vegetable stock.

- 1 tablespoon oil (if serving with Chinese then sesame oil otherwise olive oil)

- Preheat oven. In a bowl add oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Arrange the beetroot slices on a baking tray. Apply the paste on it and bake it for 15-20 mins till the water evaporates.
