Kiwi Spinach smoothie with banana cream

 
Kiwi Spinach smoothie with banana cream (makes 2 glasses) Ingredients:
  • 2 chopped Kiwi
  • ½ cup chopped Spinach 
  • 1 sliced banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt/ Thick yogurt
  • 8-10 table spoons chilled milk
  • ¼ cup pomegranate kernels
  • 1 tea spoon flex seeds
  • 1 tea spoon chia seeds
  • 8-10 soaked and sliced almonds
  • pinch of salt
Method:
  • Keep the chopped Kiwi and sliced Banana in the freezer for an hour.
  • In a blender add spinach, Kiwi, curd and a pinch of salt. Churn for 2 minutes. Pour it in the desired glasses
  • In a blender add sliced banana and milk and churn for 2 minutes. The banana cream is ready. Pour it on the kiwi smoothie. Garnish with pomegranate kernels, almonds , chia seeds and flex seeds. Enjoy super healthy and yummy smoothie.
