Mango Yogurt

 
This is my all-time favorite during mango season. It has got the flavor of mangoes with praline which is irresistible.
Ingredients & methods of Mango Yogurt

    · 2 alphonso mangoes (preferably)
    · 1 ½ cup hug curd (need to be hung just for an hour)
    · ¼ cup sugar
    · handful of almonds/walnuts for praline
    · 2 tablespoon maple syrup

    Method to make praline

    Heat the pan. Add almonds to it and sauté for 2-3 mins. Now add maple syrup and sauté for another 2 mins till the maple syrup is quoted well and the liquid evaporates.

    Method to make the Yogurt

    Chop 1 mango into small pieces. Churn the other mango and sugar together and make a puree. Add this to the hung curd, stir it well. Add the chopped mangoes and garnish with praline.

Same yogurt can be made by strawberries, chickoo (sapota) and blue berries.
