Mixed Pulses Vegetable Tikki (makes 8)
Ingredients & methods of Mixed Pulses Vegetable Tikki

    Mixed Pulses (1/4 cup moong dal, urad dal, channa dal, tuar dal each)
    ¼ cup chopped cabbage
    ¼ cup chopped French beans
    ¼ cup chopped carrot
    ¼ cup chopped onions
    3 table spoons gram flour (besan)
    4 table spoons chopped coriander
    2 table spoons chopped basil
    1 table spoons grated ginger
    1 tea spoon chopped green chilies
    1 tea spoon turmeric
    1 tea spoon red chilly powder
    2 table spoons vegetable oil
    salt to taste

    Soak all the pulses together for 3-4 hours. Grind them well and make a smooth paste.

    Add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well and make small patties.
    In a non-stick frying pan add oil and cook the tikkis from both the sides till brown. Please watch the video.

    Just before serving sprinkle chaat masala and few cilantro leaves. Serve with green chutney.
