Mushroom Toast with Burrata Cheese (serves 4)
Ingredients & methods of Mushroom Toast with Burrata Cheese

    4 slices of bread
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 Burrata ball
    5-7 lettuce 
    1 table spoon butter
    2 table spoons chopped garlic
    3 table spoons chopped basil
    1 table spoon olive oil
    balsamic vinegar
    2 table spoons truffle oil(optional)
    1 tea spoon chili flakes
    1 tea spoon black pepper
    ¼ cup grated cheese(optional)
    salt to taste

    In a pan add olive oil and butter. Add chopped garlic and sauté for a minute. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté on a high flame till the mushrooms becomes golden brown. Add chili flakes, salt, black pepper and chopped basil. If you desire to add grated cheese add now and switch off the flame. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. On a bread slice make a layer of cooked mushrooms and bake it for 10-15 minutes.
    On a platter place the toasted mushroom bread. Place lettuce and sprinkle truffle oil. Divide Burrata into four parts. Place Burrata on lettuce and sprinkle balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
