Nori Vegetable Wraps with Orange Tahini Dressing (8 wraps)
Ingredients & methods of Nori Vegetable Wraps with Orange Tahini Dressing

    Ingredients for wraps

    2 Nori sheets cut into 8 squares
    1 cup cooked Jasmine rice
    ¼ cup sliced zucchini
    ¼ cup sliced red & yellow bell peppers
    ¼ length wise purple cabbage
    few Avocado slices 
    few Cilantro leaves
    2 table spoons black sesame seeds
    2 table spoons red wine vinegar
    1 table spoon sugar
    pinch of salt
    4 table spoons Soya dressing (recipe given below)
    ¼ cup orange tahini sauce (recipe given below)

    Method:

    Add red wine vinegar, sugar and salt to the cooked Jasmine rice and mix well. Place Nori sheets square, top it with a spoon of rice, one each slices of bell peppers, zucchini, avocado, purple cabbage and few cilantro leaves. Garnish with black sesame seeds and soya sauce dressing. Serve with orange tahini dressing.
    Ingredients for Orange Tahini dressing

    ¼ cup orange juice
    1 table spoon grated ginger
    1 table spoons orange zest
    2 table spoons red wine vinegar
    2 table spoons Tahini sauce
    1 table spoon miso paste
    2 table spoons sesame oil
    3 table spoons shallots
    salt
    1 table spoon black sesame seeds for garnishing 
    Method:

    In a blender add all the ingredients other than black sesame seeds. Blend well and make a nice paste. Garnish with black sesame seeds. 
    Ingredients for Soya sauce dip

    2 table spoons of soya sauce
    1 table spoon lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    Method:

    Mix all the ingredients and soya sauce dip is ready.
