    Ingredients

3 tablespoon peanut butter (crunchy adds more flavor)
    ¼ cup of oats

    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    ¼ cup almond milk
    2 tablespoon almonds
    1 cup chopped watermelon
    2 mint leaves

Notes: You can use cold skimmed milk as well, I like almond milk so I use it a lot. Also, I am a maple syrup lover so in most of my dishes I use maple syrup whereas you can use honey, brown sugar easily. I am using whisky glasses as the jar is too much of a quantity for a person to eat alone.
