Rosemary Garlic Almond Milk Bread with Chilly Basil Butter (makes 2 medium loaf)
Ingredients & methods of Rosemary Garlic Almond Milk Bread with Chilly Basil Butter

    2 cups flour(maida)
    1 cup almond milk
    2 table spoons olive oil + 1 table spoon more
    2 table spoons chopped garlic
    1 ½ table spoon yeast
    1 table spoon sugar
    1 tea spoon freshly chopped rosemary
    1 tea spoon oregano
    1 table spoon chilly flakes
    ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
    4 table spoons chilly basil butter (recipe given below)

    In a standing mixer add flour, almond milk,2 table spoons olive oil, chopped garlic, yeast, sugar, oregano, rosemary, salt and chilly flakes. Knead for 5 minutes on a slow speed and if by hand then for 10 minutes. Knead softly and make a ball and place it in a glass bowl and cover it with a cling foil. Keep it at a warm place for 2 hours to rise. Knead again and make two equal balls and place it on a baking tray. Cover it with cling foil for half an hour. Pre-heat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius. Place the dough for baking for 30 minutes. Once the bread has turned golden brown top it with parmesan cheese and bake it for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with chilly basil butter.
    Ingredients for Chilly basil butter

    3 table spoons butter
    1 table spoon chilly flakes
    ¼ cup chopped basil

    Method:

    In a pan add butter, chilly flakes and chopped basil. Toss it for a minute.
