    250 gm paneer
    2 cups chopped spinach
    3 tortillas
    ½ cup grated cheese
    1 finely chopped onion
    2 table spoons chopped garlic +2 more
    1 table spoon chopped paprika
    salt to taste
    black pepper
    chilly flakes
    3 chopped tomatoes
    3 table spoons olive oil

    In a blender add tomatoes and 2 table spoons of garlic. Make a puree. In a pan add 1 table spoon of olive oil and tomato puree. Add pinch of black pepper, salt and chilly flakes. Cook for 15 minutes on a slow flame.

    In a pan add 1 table spoon olive oil, chopped onions, chopped garlic and sauté for a minute. Add cubed paneer and sauté till paneer gets crispy. Add paprika, salt, chilly flakes and black pepper. Add chopped spinach and sauté for a minute. Remove it in a bowl.

    Heat the griller. Brush the griller with olive oil and place one tortilla. Spread the spinach paneer masala on it and layer it with another tortilla. Spread the tomato sauce and cheese and layer it with another tortilla. Brush, it olive oil and grill till brown.
