Sweet Potato – Shakarkandi Laddu

 
Sweet Potato (shakargandi) Laddu (makes 10-12 pieces)
Ingredients & methods of Sweet Potato – Shakarkandi Laddu

    3 sweet potato 
    10 big dates (15 small dates)
    1 cup rolled oats
    ½ cup chopped almonds
    1 tea spoon powdered cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    ¼ cup white sesame seeds
    ¼ cup black sesame seeds

    Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Wrap the sweet potatoes in the aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once at room temperature chop it into small pieces.

    In a food processor add chopped sweet potato, chopped almonds, rolled oats, dates, salt and cinnamon powder. Grind it for 10 seconds. 

    Make laddu out of it and then roll it with sesame seeds.
