Sweet Potato Tikki

 
Sweet Potato Tikki - Indian food recipe at Kitchen by Nidhi
Ingredients
  1. 5 Sweet potatoes
  2. 2 table spoons oil
  3. 1 table spoon chaat masala
  4. 1 table spoon Amchur (dry mango powder)
  5. 1 tea spoon garam masala
  6. 1 table spoon roasted cumin powder
  7. 1 table spoon grated ginger
  8. 1 tea spoon chopped green chillies
  9. 3 table spoons chopped cilantro
  10. salt to taste
Method:
  • Boil or bake the sweet potato till soft.
  • In a bowl add sweet potato and mash it with a hand masher.
  • Add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well and make small tikki.
  • In a nonstick pan add a bit of oil and place the tikki. Cook till brown from both sides.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala and cilantro. Serve with green chutney.
