Tofu Paneer with Spinach This tofu/paneer has a very nice flavorsome of mustard and lemon zest. Must try it.
Ingredients & methods of Tofu Paneer with Spinach

    Ingredients for Tofu /paneer

    250 Gm of Tofu / paneer (few people don’t like tofu, paneer also taste equally good)
    3 table spoon mustard sauce
    2 table spoon maple syrup/honey
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon chili flakes
    1 tablespoon mint leaves/oregano
    salt and black pepper

    Dry the tofu/paneer and cut into pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Apply to the tofu and keep aside for 1hour to marinate. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Bake tofu /paneer for 20-25 minutes.
    For the spinach dressing 


    200 gm of spinach leaves (only leaves, wash properly)
    6 cloves of garlic chopped in pieces
    30 gm of almonds soaked and cut into slices
    1 tea spoon lemon zest or orange zest
    1 table spoon olive oil.
    salt and pepper
    In a pan take olive oil, sauté garlic and almond for a minute. Add spinach to it and sauté for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper.

    In a platter arrange spinach, almond and garlic. Place the baked tofu on it. Sprinkle lemon zest on it and serve hot.
