Tossed French beans with roasted tomatoes

 
Tossed French beans with grilled tomatoes: Ingredients: · ½ kg of French beans · 2 Tomatoes · 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic · 2 tablespoons of grated ginger · ½ cup of shallots (spring Onions) · ½ cup of scallion (Spring onions green leaves) · 2 tablespoons of soya sauce · 1 tablespoon of chili sauce (optional) · 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar · 1 spoon oyster sauce (optional) You get vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce · 1 tablespoon of chili flakes · salt, black pepper · 2 table spoons of toasted sesame seeds · 2 tablespoon of roasted peanuts (optional) · 2 tablespoon of sesame oil Method: · Trim the French beans in a slanting cut from both the sides. Steam them for 5 mins. Heat the pan, add the sesame oil. Add grated ginger and garlic to it, sauté for a minute, add shallots and scallion and sauté for another minute. Add chili flakes, chili sauce and sauté (I didn’t put in the video as I was off chilly) for a minute again. Add steamed French beans. Toss it well. Add soya sauce, oyster sauce, wine vinegar, salt, pepper and sauté for 2 minutes. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds. You can also top it with roasted peanuts. In another pan put some oil, cut tomatoes into half and cook from both the sides till it gets little brown. Add salt pepper and some oregano.
