White Chocolate Blueberry Panna Cota (makes 8-10 glasses)
Ingredients & methods of White Chocolate Blueberry Panna Cota


    350 gm fresh blue berries + few to garnish
    500 ml fresh cream
    80 gm sugar
    100 gm white chocolate
    1 ½ cup cold milk
    1 table spoon gelatin/1 sheet gelatin
    1 tea spoon Vanilla essence
    handful of mint leaves to Garnish
    ½ cup whipped cream 
    5 table spoon icing sugar

    Take 6-7 table spoon of cold milk, add gelatin to it and mix well. In a blender add blueberries and make smooth puree. In a pan add fresh cream, milk and sugar, let it come to boil. Add white chocolate and let it melt. Add gelatin milk and stir continuously.

    Add vanilla essence and switch of the flame. Cool the mixture and let it come to room temperature. In a blender add the Panna Cota mixture and blue berries. Make a nice smoothie. Take glasses or bowls and pour the mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

    Meanwhile whisk whipped cream and icing sugar till fluffy. Put the cream in a piping bag with desired nozzle. Take out the glasses and decorate with whipped cream and garnish with a blueberry and mint leave. Serve chilled.
